• Chinois Chicken Salad Station - mixed greens, cabbages with fried won-tons and spicy dressing

• Mixed Green Salad with cranberried, spiced walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Mexican
• Fajita Station - Our chefs would cook the meat, onions, peppers and the guests would make their own

• Fresh Boiled Shrimp Station
• Asian Stir Fry with Rice and Vegetables

Chocolate Feast
Assorted Gourmet Finger Pastries

Pasta Station
• Tortellonoi filled with Chicken and Prosciutto tossed with smoked sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers and    marinara sauce
• Ravioli filled with two cheeses and tossed with shrimp, alfredo sauce and Imported Parmesean cheese served   with breadsticks

Dessert Station
An assortement of finger pastries to include chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate eclairs, leamon squares, chocolate-peanut butter brownies, gourmet cookies, pecan tassies and more.
